Connections between Space Age's Music and The Eternal Cylinder's Music

While dilly-dallying on Aquilo, I made the connection that some of the tracks that the game generates using Petr Wajsar's audio snippets sound quite similar to the music that Patricio Meneses composed for a narrative focused action survival game, The Eternal Cylinder, and am wondering if anyone else hears a similarity between the two. There's just a certain aethereality in some of the Aquilo snippets in specific that I think sound quite similar to the music in The Eternal Cylinder, but I am curious if anyone else notices a connection between any of the other music in Space Age and the music in TEC.

Here's a playlist of The Eternal Cylinder's tracks to save on time and here is what I think is a playlist of Space Age's tracks, but due to the specific nature of how the music is mixed I cannot be completely certain if this truly is all of the music that Space Age has to offer; I will just have to hope that it is. I would be grateful if anyone took the time out of their day to listen to TEC's soundtrack and offered insight with respect to Space Age's soundtrack, but for the most part I primarily wanted to share a connection I made between two pieces of media that I quite enjoy.
