Logistic Bots Priotize Filted Storage Chests

Simply put, I think that if the bots are removing an item from anywhere, unless it is requested somewhere in the network, they should prioritize storing it in a Storage Chest (assuming there are any) that has been set to filter that item. For example, commanding bots to remove Rare Steel Plates from a backed-up furnace, it'd be optimal for them to deposit those plates in a Storage Chest that has been designated to only be used for Rare Steel Plates. This a simple change that would nonetheless make organizing resources across planets with lots of logistics storage easier, without relying on Buffer Chests or Requester Chests that could potentially make moving those resources later more complicated. Just have the bots recognize "this chest is set to only allow this item to be stored here, so let's store those items here first when necessary."
