Create/improve search synonyms

[Comrade Questions]

I'm not sure if any are already implemented, but it would be nice to have search synonims for certain items.

Some examples:

• Blue circuits only match to "processing unit", it would be nice if searching "circuit" would find all of them.
• Science only matches to the name, but most players call the science by the colour.
