[2.042] Losing connection to a server while scrolling map view causes it to keep moving

What did you do?
1. Move around the screen in map view (WASD)
What happened?
2. My internet connection dropped causing me to disconnect from the server, yet the map kept moving. After reconnecting to the server, the map view was black, as I was far outside the generated world.
What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!
3. I expected the map to remain where it was when I disconnected, and remain that way upon rejoining.
Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
4. It happens every time my internet drops while moving around in map view and the lag window appears.

I looked into this and it seems that when disconnected movement does stop. But, during the timeout period (10~ seconds) you will keep moving.
