2.0.43 - No Power when pasting a machine (Scenario Creator Only)

When you paste a structure in scenario mode, the machine will flash the red lightning icon and say "No Power", despite being in range of power. Deleting the structure and replacing it fixes the incorrect status. This only happens when a machine is pasted into existence.

Steps to recreate:
- Create a sandbox scenario
- Click yes to all questions
- Place electricity source, a power pole, and a machine.
- Copy paste machine, no power notice will appear on any machine pasted

If it is paused the buffer will be empty and therefore have no power.
