Quality doesn't affect description item in upgrade planner

Quality doesn't affect description item in upgrade planner

Hi !

I notice that when i make an upgrade planner, quality item like module, electric pole or other, display normal quality description.

Thanks for the report. This is intended. The upgrade planner quality only matters for a select few things and so the GUI here never shows quality info.
