[Mod request] Remove Landing pad

Remove landing pad. Rocket silo behavior as in Factorio 1.1.*

Alternative implementation: A small landing pad connected to a particular rocket silo. If small landing pad is built next to the rocket silo (attached), then the space science packs from that particular silo will be dropped to attached small landing pad.
