Was not able to reproduce the issue, however here are the approximate steps of what i did, in case its relevant:
- Open editor using /editor
- Pause time
- Place a biter and a turret
- Step time forward a couple of times
- Open tile section in the editor
- Select white lab tile. Game crashed.

Thank you for the report. Not sure exactly how this crash could have triggered, but regardless it should be fixed in 2.0.43.
