Tooltip of researches that give bonuses are not always matching the actual bonus

Here is an example of the bug. I took a screenshot of Processing Unit productivity research with tooltips.

Here is research level 4 where it correctly displays: +10% [+30% --> +40%]

And here is research level 5 where the tooltip also says: +10% [+30% --> +40%]

But: Level 5 does not increase the productivity from +30% to +40%; it increases it from +40% to +50%.

The tooltip always displays the current increase (as I am researching level 4 right now), not the actual increase of the research.
