The item fulgoran-cryogenics-progress in Cerys has a sentence-long locale entry under [item-description], but the description always renders as 'nil'.
I'm not sure the exact cause, but highly suspect is that the item is the research_item of a ResearchProgressProduct product in Cerys.

Thanks for the report however that is Not a bug. This item has localised description set to string literal "nil" that was set by Cerys-Moon-of-Fulgora in data-final-fixes.lua line 19.
