Hello. I am currently working to cut sub-bases from my main drone network (due to it slowing my computer). As such I need a way to stockpile resources for these bases to use to replace missing turrets.
This, unfortunately, seems to be impossible currently because the moment I get within range the drones in that network 'helpfully' put everything from the chest back in my inventory. This means I must ever remove their logistics drones or remember to turn off logistics before I get there.
Is there room for a supply chest that is ONLY for repairs and blueprints? Or am I missing an obvious way to do this?
Can't leave caches for local network to repair defences unless I remove all logistics drones

If this is a continuous work for you to manually move items from the main network to some sub-base, consider automating this, for example arrange a handover of items with trains or belts. Supplying outposts by train is a common task and there are many discussions and example solutions for a proper train+station setup.

In most setups for outposts/wall repairs you just wouldn't have any logistics robots in those networks. Supplies would come in by train and be unloaded directly into storage/passive provider chests for the construction robots to use.
