[boskid][2.0.35] Snow particles around the camera on Aquilo generate chunks

I had F5 debug view activated while on Aquilo, and I discovered at the time chunks were being loaded under my camera, and I realized it was the snow particles that loaded chunks (indicated by the pink squares). While I was playing around with it, I noticed it began generating chunks while the camera was on the edge of generated space (green squares). I think the snow particles are "leaking" into other chunks like pollution, causing them to generate if they haven't already. I tried this with Gleba's rain particles, but they do not generate chunks. I first encountered this on 2.0.32 in multiplayer, but I was able to reproduce this on 2.0.35 in singleplayer shown in the screenshot below.

Thanks for the report. I am not going to change how the player_effect works so it will remain generating trivial smokes where you keep looking through remote view, however i observed that those smokes are able to move between chunks which was causing new chunks to be generated. For 2.0.36 i did a small change where a trivial smoke that due to movement lands on the ungenerated area, it is simply removed instead of forcing chunk to be generated.
