Ignore spoilage of ingredients

Post by wajnot »

Hi, I have a question regarding my attempt to make a mod. I am not a programmer, so maybe it is pretty stupid, sorry for that.

I am trying to make a recipe for cloning eggs. It requires 1 egg and a fluid ingredient to make 2 eggs. It is supposed to work in loop. But it does stop after some time, because the resulting eggs get the spoilage from the ingredient eggs. So it slowly spoils to biters and than stops.

Is there a way that the result of the recipe would always be 100% fresh, ignoring the freshness of the ingredients?

Thank you.

Welcome to the forum.

The property you're looking for is result_is_always_fresh.
Have a look at similar *-bacteria-cultivation, pentapod-egg, and fish-breeding recipes.
