glitched-bots.zip is the game save.
The cause is the bottom most ghost rail in the video.

Seems like bots are going in and out of me repeatedly. it's making me very uncomfortable.

The issue seems to be that two of the rails in your inventory are damaged. So the robot picks them up, sees that 2 is not enough to build the rail and puts them back, and repeats.

Thinking about this more, I don't have any solution. In this case, you'll just have to put down those rails and repair them before the robots can use them.
