[2.0.34] Game freezes when toggling any map views

Hello,

For the past 2 weeks, whenever I change the view of any map, my game freezes for a good second or two. It did not happen before and even on a clean map, without any mods this behavior keeps happening.

Can anybody help me investigate how to fix this issue? It started to happen one day and it has never stopped since. It seems unrelated from my save. I have a good page or two of blueprints in my "game blueprints" section, so that may be related.

Seems like it might be the same issue in the recent report here: 126669

Looks like Rseding is looking to confirm if there is a specific patch number where the behavior started and get a copy of a save file that it happens on.

Can you provide your log after the freezing occurs? Might be related? viewtopic.php?p=461921

I just checked the factorio_current.log and there's nothing there just right after toggling the map views.
