Overgrowth Soil should speed up plant growth speed.

Overgrowth soil doesn't really seem all that worth it normally, all it does is allow you to place farmable land anywhere in its biome but normal artificial soil can do that, especially for casual play just fine. So I feel like having Overgrowth Soil double the speed of plant growth would make getting the upgrade worthwhile even for casual players.

That is correct however I think it would be cool if the Overgrowth Soil had a use casually too. Sort of like how Quality while you might not be going all in on it as a casual and you might not use it at all as a casual because of how much is required to set it up especially for getting a good amount of legendary items, casually getting just a few quality building to help out the base a bit is really useful, you just might not be going all in on it.
I think doing the same thing with Overgrowth Soil would be awesome.
