English Grammar Error

The in game description for rail support foundations reads:

"Allows to build elevated rails also on the deep parts of the oil ocean on Fulgora"

In English, this should use the gerund, not the infinitive: "Allows building elevated rails..."

The "also" also feels kinda out of place, but that might just be me
