Is there a way to make it so constant combinators dont share their settings between planets?

Welcome to the forum.

Constant combinators share settings via same-named groups. This sharing is game-wide.
If you want them to share only on one planet but not on different planets, you have to have different names for different planets.
If you want them to not share altogether, you can have their settings in anonymous group(s) (i.e. "[No group assigned]"), or a uniquely named group.
