[2.0.33] platform storage full false alarm?

This is very weird. If you use Ctrl+Z and Shift+Ctrl+Z in my provided save file, you can see that the storage full alarm gets triggered, but it can't be full. The items involved are nowhere near enough to fill the storage? O, its not accounting the cargo bays?

Not a bug.

It's caused by the construction request of Infinity pipe, as it has stack size of 10 and rocket capacity of 10k, i.e. one rocket load is 1k stacks, that the hub indeed does not have available.
