Trigger launch without lostics?
Is there a way to trigger a launch with a circuit? I'm feeding manually the inventory into the rocket rather than pulling via logistics and would like to launch it based on some condition.

No.
A rocket will only automatically launch if it's full with a single kind of item, and a platform is requesting that type of item.
It doesn't matter whether the rocket silo was loaded manually or automatically. But either way, it's the only situation a rocket will ever launch without you manually pressing the launch button.
