I Torrented the game a few months back, and a few days ago i thought that i really enjoyed the game en would enjoy it more with the new update, But the only problem is that I cant load the old save file.
This makes e really sad because i had 19 hours into it
I hope you can help me

What is the old game version?
If you got the game from a torrent it is possible that it was not the original, and has some changes or even malware with it, which may have corrupted the save file.

Its version 0.8.0-52.
But the torrent didnt update so i only was able to play on that safe file

Yes, but i have bought it a week or so ago
But i came across the old save files from the torrent version in the normal version
So i was happy that i was able to play that again
But i cant

Downgrade to version 0.9.8 or 0.10.12, re-save it, then update to 0.11.22.

Well it's a common thing to do, specially since people got traumatized with Demos a few years ago. I bought my copy three days after playing the demo

Piracy =/= lost sales.

I have been burned by so many games being absolute trash that most of the time I download an "evaluation" copy first, then if I like it I buy the full version. So just because I downloaded a game and then didn't buy it doesn't mean the publisher lost a sale, most likely I wouldn't have bought it anyway.

What I think. They should add accounts with name/nicknames, that the guys who didn't buy that game, can't play in Multiplayer.
But in the end you're right. A few of them wouldn't have bought that game anyway.
