I have a space ship that is waiting for 200 rocket fuel, which have been requested from 2 separate rocket silos on the planet below.
The bots loaded each silo with a full rocket worth of rocket fuel, however the rockets would not launch because the space ship only had like 4 inventory slots open.
The planet below has about 10 rocket silos, with 2 using bot requests the other are dedicated for a specific item and loaded via inserters.
I am not sure whether the bot requests were already issued as other inserter fed ones launched to fulfil requests or not as I only noticed it after the fact when I was waiting for the space ship.
However the end result was that the ship was saying "incoming 200" for the rocket fuel request, which was the last request it was needing to fulfil. I did not wait for my fallback timeout condition to trigger, so not sure if that would still leave despite the pending rocket (but I have a suspicion it wouldn't).
Had to drop some cargo until it had enough space to accept both rockets, which would then launch to get the ship unstuck.

Re: [2.0.31] SpaceShip deadlock due to lack of inventory
Thanks for the report however this is not a bug. The platform needs more space.
