Corrupted Save File

"Invalid bool loaded from input file. File has likely been corrupted due to failing hardware."
Main save file and past 3 autosaves give the same error when loading save file, can load other save files just not main save. 250 hours in space age. Looking on forum seems like its a failing memory issues, however I ran a memory test and came back with a pass. Not sure if there is something else that could be causing this issues, or I'm just screwed. Any help would be apricated.
