Allow buildings' Set Recipe / Set Request to specify circuit colour

What?

For buildings that have a Set Recipe (e.g. Assemble Machine) or Set Request (e.g. Cargo Landing Pad) circuit control option, add an option to specify the circuit colour (red, green or both). Especially for buildings that also have Read Content circuit output option.

Why?

There are many cases where it is useful to use a circuit to set a building's request/recipe, while at the same time reading the building's output. While it is often possible to disentangle the output and input signals using combinators, this often results in a much more (unnecessarily) complicated circuit. Allowing players to specify which colour to use as the control can simplify many circuits and enable much more elegant designs.

Considering how useful it has been to select logic wire network by colour in 2.0+ combinators, I'd say it would be almost universally useful to allow any circuit based read/write toggles globally to always select the colour.
