[2.0.28] Failed to load tutorial - trains-basic-signals

Game is crashing when loading the train signals tutorial from in the game. Save file and log attached. No mods in use.

I am unable to reproduce this issue. When i try to open this tutorial it works fine:

however in your case it looks to be loading an outdated file:

Since you are running Factorio through steam, could you run the integrity check (properties > installed files > verify integrity of game files) to make sure all files are of correct version?

Thankyou for your quick response. I also tried it on another computer and it worked without any issue.

I've verified the integrity of the files through Steam and still have the same issue, I'm sure a reinstall will fix the issue.
