[2.0.28] Inconsistent recycle behaviour for structures / materials with biter eggs

There seems to be inconsistent behaviour between recycling structures / materials that require biter eggs as an ingredient.

When recycling a Biolab, Captive biter spawner or Promethium science pack one gets back the input item. However for Overgrowth yumako / jellynut soil and the Productivity module 3 the recycling process returns the ingrations for the input item.
