I play Factorio both on Mac and PC(Win). When I switch computer, the game messes up the hotkeys that I have set.

Hello.
I play Factorio both on Mac and PC(Win). When I switch computer, the game messes up the hotkeys that I have set.
Here is config for mac: After saving game and synching game over steam I get the following hotkeys on windows: And when I switch back to mac I get May be it is possible to turn off hotkeys synchronization?
