Game crashed when I clicked confirm after changing fullscreen mode in settings from main menu.
OS: Fedora 41 - 6.12.6-200.fc41.x86_64
I am using Wayland as my main compositor but I launched Factorio with x11, went into settings-graphics, changed fullscreen mode (I tested with both enabling and disabling fullscreen - crash occurs in both cases), pressed confirm, game froze for few seconds and later crashed,
When Factorio is launched with wayland graphics freeze but music still plays - no crash occurs.

Hello, the crash happens deep in OpenGL/graphics driver, so I don't know how to fix it from our side.
From the log, I can see you have only 3 GB VRAM
If you are able to run the game, can you go to the graphics settings and set Sprite resolution to Medium, restart the game and see if the crash still happens? If that would fix it, I might be able find you better options so you can still have high resolution sprites. If it doesn't fix it, my advice would be to try different version of graphics driver.

I changed few settings around (both sprite resolution and Atlas size) and when bumping them down crash does not occur on 2.28. On 2.30 highest values of Atlas size and sprite resolution crash occasionally.I am fine with blaming low VRAM memory card. Thanks a lot for your time and have a great day!
