[0.11.22] Words don't show properly after change language.

I just want to try this game and downloaded a demo version.
After checking how to control this game, I changed my game language to Chinese Tradictional (zh-TW) and restart my game, all the words in this game is gone, and I have to delete configs so I can try this game.

I can confirm that this happens, with the demo and the main game, on both Windows 7 and Windows 8.1.
Interestingly, other languages using special characters (Chinese zh-CN, Japanese, Hebrew, Russian) always work.

There was an error, that the chinese font wasn't setup in this translation, I changed it (I used the same font as for simplified chinese, I hope it works properly).

So this should be fixed for 0.12, thanks for the report.

Btw, will it work properly when I used the font of simplified Chinese for the Traditional chinese translation?
