Somnething that could be way better, like planting a new tree that gives heat around (and you still need to feed it so no, nothing game breaking).
Buldings that also generate heat
Better heat pipe, as in, the hottor they get, the more area they produce, aka exactly how the nuclear reactor work with heat exchange = noth enough heat? no steam
Concreate and similar that are linked to heating, aka you only need to places them, and whatever you place on top, won't freeze as long as the concrete gets heated.
And again, this are just some exemples. Because once you build a factory to extract what you need, to craft what you need, there is nothing else on this planet. And you won't even want to expend further exactly due to the heat limitation.

I think the whole point of Aquilo’s heat mechanic is the fact that heat pipes have a very small area, and you have to build things directly next to them. Heating larger areas would just let you build normally inside those areas, kind of making the mechanic pointless.
