[2.0.23, 80769] Placing transport belts on ghosts with undergrounds skips placing one of the undergrounds

If you have ghosts with undergrounds around objects like power poles, placing transport belts on the ghosts will skip placing the outgoing underground belt. This doesn't happen if you place belts without having a ghost, but this is inconvenient nonetheless when filling in blueprints. See the attached video for an example of the behaviour
