[Lou][2.0.25] Storage chests with filters aren't upgraded when super-force upgrading quality

Steps to Reproduce

1. Deploy two storage chests with filter
2. Pipette a quality storage chest
3. Force-build (aka force-build / Shift+LMB) quality chest over the normal one
4. Super-force build (aka Ctrl+Shift+LMB) quality chest over the normal one

Expected:

• Both orders result in upgrade

Actual:

• Force-building results in upgrade task. Same on the ghost-building
• Super-force building results in deconstruction + construction tasks

Hi and thanks for the report. On the latest I could not reproduce the issue descibed in words, however I reproduced the one in the video and it was fixed for 2.0.34
