rocket silos requests items inefficient

Long story
i have sent my space platform to navuis so i can gather some few items i need for my startup base at vulcanus. i request about 200 fast inserters, now it happens that i have some length of protective wall surounding my base at navuis so it can stay safe and sound while im gone. evenly spaced out i do have quite alot of buffer chests with quick access materials incase something broke in my walls, very nice to have it nerby so it does not take forever to rebuild the walls if broken. with that some of the ingrediense for my walls is fast inserters. and as i am getting my space platform back home it seems that it uses an unexpected long amount of time. i proseed to make a closer look at my base and find many logistic bots spread out far from my rockets carrying fast inserters slowly but surely even tho i have plenty of fast inserters close nearby in a passive provider chest.

the point is:...
having logistic bot getting items from buffer chests is not a bad idea. but locking that as an option for the bot's can give unessesary complications. it would be a lot better if enabling request from buffer chests was an option, just like the requester chests, but for the rocket silos aswell. they do kind of act like requester chest but with less options
