Better Tooltips

Include more information (more than by using "Show Info", or include it in "Show Info") regarding the machine you are hovering over or implement some form of tool to provide more information about the specific machine you've clicked/hovered over.

Example:

• Burner Inserters - Show how much coal the inserter will keep in the machine its feeding
  Electric Mining Drill - Show how much of its mineral it can get per minute at its current energy level
  Laboratory - Show the progress it has on its current pass/Show the number of science packs it needs versus what it has
