[2.0.23] Crash when saving game

Hello,

Yesterday in the middle of my Factorio Space Age session an unexpected error occurred during an autosave which crashed my game. Ever since my game keeps crashing when trying to save the game (sometimes it manages to save the game fine for the first couple seconds, but it seems random to me), creating a ".tmp" savefile that cannot be opened.

Sometimes theres an icon next to Factorio in my steam library stating there is some error with the Steam Cloud.

Things I've tried so far:
- Reinstalling the game through steam as well as by downloading the ZIP file on the factorio website.
- Deleting a bunch of other save files.
- Turning off Steam Cloud Saving for Factorio.

Sadly the problem still persists.

I've added the log file, screenshots of the error occurring while saving the game and when trying to load the ".tmp" savefile, and a ~1 minute video of me performing some random actions in factorio trying to save the game (crashes on third try).

Fix for this issue was already released in 2.0.25 which is currently available under experimental branch. Duplicate of 123606
