[pard] [2.0.23] Logistic Network Embargo achievement shown as un-achieved

I previously had this achievement from vanilla. After it's SA version was changed, I re-earned the achievement. It now seems to be tied to the save, if I load a save that hasn't earned it, it shows up in the in-game achievements list as not completed.

Did you install any mods - which would cause you to see the modded achievements list instead?

I've been around long enough to know mods would disable the achievements on me
That explanation also wouldn't explain why all the other achievements remained completed, eg. the Agri science one in the photo which popped at the exact same time, as well as every other achievement that triggered in that game before+after.

Yes I noticed this when I started space age thought as it was due to space age been new it would restart some of the achievements, so i got this achievements and several others also then joined a friends map and noticed the achievement mentioned has not been achieved! not sure why it keeps un-achieving itself but it is annoying -_-

any new save in which i research yellow/purple science before another planet always shows this as failed as well. I not only have the achievement from pre-Space Age, i also achieved it again in space age just to confirm, i had it. no mods used.

If i load the game in which i got the achievement, you see it green again (but no announcement of achieving it)

Still present in 2.0.28. Video on Google Drive shows the achievement unlocked on Steam and in an existing save, but disapears in a new save. Installed and enabled mods also shown.

It was well known that the achievement was un-achieved in the game (but still shown on Steam) as the result of the requirements getting tweaked. I discovered today that when I went to an older save that was close to launching a rocket in the base game, I went ahead and did it, so I wouldn't have to worry about it in my current save and could use the logistics chests. When I went back to my current save, it was still not showing as obtained. I did some checking and it doesn't show achieved in any other game than the save it is tied to, not even a previous save of the game that obtained it. I did a new game in both 2.0 Base Game and Space Age. Someone suggested that I needed to have the game saved. I went back in and save it right before the achievement and just after. Then I started new games in both formats again and double checked in my current save. None of them have it showing obtained. It truly does appear to be save specific.

Still present in [2.0.28]. Started two new games, since Space Age, both times gained the achievement (once finished the game), but when starting the a new game, the achievement is gone. Did someone got 100% of all achievements?
