Toolbar management and activation of more toolbars to have on screen

So now playing SA for good time and i saw what we really need. More space to put our items and blueprints. There's just isn't enough space to put our new toys, making us use more manual labor. So i tried to make easy to access more toolbars to use at once.

To that image. Up row are new toolbars. We now have 1-9(0) tool bars. Those quick select images would open other toolbars 10-20. 20-30, 30-40... We could insert their images same way as we do with those icons. Having it's own blueprint icon to open blueprint bars, space stuff, trains, quality upgrades... You name it.

Ghost. Well. I found it funny to open toolbar.

Extra settings to toolbar in settings menu:
Show rows in left/right toolbar. ( Sometimes having extra 3 rows helps and wouldn't take too much screen)
