Missing hotkey for locking map zoom to radar view

Missing hotkey for locking map zoom to radar view

Hi All

in 1.0, there was an option to require a keypress to move between view on the map. I could be in the close up view and mousewheel up and down, and had to press ctrl+mousewheel to scroll out into the blocky radar view.

I cannot find this hotkey setting anymore, has it been moved?
