Add the ability to make space platforms fly when there is demand on another planet

Currently, as far as I'm aware, the best way to handle interplanetary logistics is to have a platform flying between planets continuously, and having it restock every once in a while to grab more materials.

I think it would be nicer if there was a condition to send the platform to a different planet when there is a demand there so you can instead have very reactive ships!

I wouldn't want this as a specific feature. If they gave us a way to send circuit signals between planets and between platforms then we could build it ourselves.
