[2.0.23] Asteroid Collector not retrieving chunks

In the screenshot, my collector has a filter to get promethian chunk, the inventory is not full, and chunk is within range but not retrieved. I'm seeing this a lot.

Edit: I dont know why the screenshot isn't uploading...i've tried copying and pasting and using the add file but it never submits with post.

That is not a chunk, it is a small promethium asteroid...
