[2.0.21] Bots stuck replacing soil with itself.

I'm not sure if this should be listed under feature request or bug report, but

On Gleba, if bots are given a redundant order to replace a type of landfill with more of the same type, they will not cancel it, but will maintain their unfulfillable orders until manually cancelled, and I believe this is an improper behaviour.
The pictures attached illustrate the problem, artificial yumako or jellynut soil has been placed, and then the bots recieved an order to replace said landfill with the same type of landfill, and rather than canceling/autocompleting the order, they remain there eternally.

In order to see this behaviour in action, manually place some artificial yumako soil, use a ghost to pave over it with normal landfill, and then use another ghost to pave over the normal landfill with the artificial yumako soil, causing the result to be replacing artificial yumako soil with artificial yumako soil.

This behaviour can be replicated and is consistent with all other types of alternate landfill, you can for instance use foundations on nauvis to place ghost landfill on already placed landfill, and once again get the bots stuck impotently.

I first noticed this behaviour when I attempted to fully utilise a patch of fruit on Gleba that I was already partially farming, pasting down landfill over the whole area so I would be able to plan out where my power poles and belts would go, and then pasting over that with artificial soil for the new agricultural tower, only to notice that my bots were stuck in place attempting to replace the soil which was already there with more of itself.

As for what I would expect to happen, either the ghost would cancel itself, seeing that it is redundant, or the bots would manually pick up and put down the redundant soil in the same fashion as replacing bricks with concrete, which is already what happens with ghost concrete on placed concrete, but instead neither happens and they just get stuck until I manually intervene.
