Repeatable from save
There are two beacons. One (right) is within range of recyclers with Quality 2 modules. The other (left) is not.
If I put efficiency or speed modules in the left beacon it works as always. If I put them in the right beacon they vanish from cursor but don't appear in inventory or beacon. They are voided and not recoverable. Bots aren't grabbing them they're just disappearing!
Maybe I'm missing something obvious but I haven't encountered this behavior before and it changes with the Beacon literally 3 tiles away.

Follow up after playing around. If I move that beacon one tile in any direction it takes the modules. It's just that one spot that seems to be eating the modules. What a weird bug.
