[2.0.22] Starter pack dissapears when inserted into silo

Hey! I got the strange bug, before first space launch,
when I insert starter pack into rocket inventory
it disappears and nothing happens.

I tried both 2.0.21 and 2.0.22 (latest experimental) versions.
I use arm64 Mac OS X without mods.

Do you have a new space platform created already? If not you can go to the map view and in the top left select the option to create a platform. It should have an exclamation mark next to it saying it is waiting for a starter pack. Then when you insert the starter pack you should be able to launch the rocket to create that platform.

Little update, If I insert starter pack when rocket is not ready, it is inserted properly. And after rocket is finished, it launches rocket
