TL;DR
Seed per planet instead of one seed for all.
What?
When we try to get a map on any planet that match what we need we always end up with another planet that is either unplayable or totally out of the scope we might want.
Why?
The goal of seed surfing is to get a world that meet the requirement we are after.
Players might want ultra hard to play planets while others might want an easier path for megabase building.
So far the observed generator behaviour is like a scale, tip one end to get more and you get less on the opposite.
1 great always give one horrible or unplayable with 3 avg
1 good give 1 bad with 3 avg
or all average.
