Mapper Combinator

I think it'd be nice to get a mapper combinator, maybe with Fulgora research - basically just a window like upgrade planner, that lets you choose to take select signals and output them as other signals.

Say, "carbon -> carbonic asteroid chunk, ice -> oxide asteroid chunk, iron ore -> metallic asteroid chunk".

Can be replicated with existing combinators, but could be nice I think.
