[2.0.21] Crash pasting cut belt with circuit connection (WireRendering::canDrawWiresFromEntity)

Playing on dedicated server. Only one on server. Server unaffected.

Cut a belt to move it on my space platform and save the enable conditions. force placed it on another belt and game decided it was unhappy.

Replicated this 3 times doing exact same thing. Here's a quick clip.
