Add rain and snow on Nauvis?

Hi everyone,

I was wondering why there is never any rain on the planet Nauvis which sounds weird right?
Shouldn't a planet with water have rain once in a while?
How do the plants grow if there is no rain on the planet.

A bit of weather would be nice and probably makes the game look way cooler.
With cars leaving muddy tracks.
I love the rain on Gleba. Altough thats constant rain..
We need more of that with nice rain sounds.

And maybe snow in the winter or something.
I know there is a mod for all of this but it should be a standard feature of the game in my opinion.
