Just noticed that whenever a bot runs out of power, it teleports backwards a bit before continuing towards the nearest roboport. The bots still complete their tasks; it just looks weird.
This only seems to happen on Aquilo; they seem to behave just fine on Nauvis and Gleba. Can't tell if the issue appears on Fulgora or Vulcanus though, because my bots there don't travel long enough to run out of power. Also, I'm currently at worker robot speed 12, giving me a +695% bonus.
