Chart tag resizing

TL;DR

We should have the ability to resize the size of custom tags in the chart.

What?

The ability to resize custom chart tags would be really nice. In large scale factories, it becomes difficult to use custom chart tags because the factory becomes so big that custom chart tags are very small in comparison. They get lost in visual noise. Text does scale based on zoom level but icons do not and I think this is incontinent behavior.

I think there are 3 ways to go about making the chart tag icons resizable that seem like it would be easy to implement.

1. Adding a simple multiplier text field
2. Adding a % based text field
3. Make icons scale with chart zoom like text currently does

In this example, I have a custom iron plate icon placed down and i've zoomed out, it's fairly hard to find the iron plate icon on the chart.

In this rather extreme example, I've intentionally placed a metallurgic science pack on the chart where it would be hard to see.

Why?

A lot of players like to abstract parts of their factory, particularity in train based megabases, being able to put down a block that produces iron with a big "iron plate" icon over it makes it more readable to a human. In addition, for people with very bad eye sight like myself, chart icon resizing come in handy, I had used them previously in my 1.1 train grid base but the icons being small had prevented me from really using them as I have poor vision.
