Make the interface scale slider step 5%

Suggestion: make the interface scale slider step 5%.

Because often 75% is too small, and at 100% some description elements on the right side of the screen do not fit the height of the screen.

P.S. I know that you can manually edit the scale in the config file, but it's inconvenient to go there regularly.
